The Dino-lite website does have IOS software for the scope ( Mac OS 10.13+ | 32 or 64 bit).

Mac OS isn’t synonymous with iOS because iOS runs on devices like iPads and iPhones while Mac OS obviously runs on Mac laptops. However, the Dino-Lite is compatible with these devices, too, as long as you use a WiFi adapter. We’re going to rectify the issue right away so that the info is correct. Thanks for notifying us.
